EAA was privileged to be selected to present at Biofuels Finance & Investment 2010.  Held in Minneapolis, MN in September, the conference featured a who's who of biofuels industry panelists, speakers and attendees from investment bankers & lawyers to developers, banks & private equity firms.

EAA's presentation focused on an area of great current interest to the biofuels community - distressed asset management.  Entitled "Understanding Counterparty Perspectives in Distressed Asset Negotiations," EAA provided insights gathered from its extensive experience managing distressed asset negotiations from both the creditor (banks and lenders) & debtor (projects & investors) side of the table.
